MR. CURZONThere is nothing to add to the answer given on the subject to the hon. Member on the 20th instant. Her Majesty's Government have not heard that any reply has yet been received to the representations made to the Turkish Government by Sir Philip Currie and the French and Russian Ambassadors with regard to the appointment of a Mussulman as Kaimekam of Zeitoun.
