§ MR. ENGLEDOWI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant, of Ireland whether he has yet received the information asked for in the return which he promised to give with reference to the qualification of the members of the Carlow Grand Jury, and those gentlemen whose names appear on the Grand Panel for that county.
§ MR. GERALD BALFOURI have not yet received the information referred to. No unnecessary delay will be allowed to take place in completing the Return, which will be laid on the Table as soon as received by me.
