§ *MR. GERALD BALFOURThe convict James Morey is still in hospital at Maryborough Prison. He has been in hospital since the 7th August 1894, except for a period of four weeks. A telegram was received from the Governor of the prison last night stating there has been no appreciable change for the worse in Morey's condition, and that his life is not at present in danger.
