§ MR. J. F. HOGANI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, whether he can state the progress that has been made in the Costa Rica Packet Arbitration Case, and when he expects a final decision in the matter will be arrived at?
MR. CURZONThe British case was presented to the Arbitrator in November last. The Netherlands counter-case was presented last month, and is now being studied by the Governments and parties concerned with a view to such rejoinder as is contemplated by the Convention. The case is following its regular course, but it is impossible at present to say when a final decision will be reached.
