§ SIR CAMERON GULL (Devon, Barnstaple)I beg to ask the hon. Member for Thirsk, as representing the Charity Commission, whether the trustees of a parish charity, who are appointed by the council of the parish, can grant a dole there from to one of the parish councillors?
