§ MR. D. SHEEHY (Galway, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, on what grounds was Mr. Thomas Mulvahill, of Whitegate, County Galway, refused a gun licence by the resident magistrate of the district?
MR. JOHN MORLEYIt appears that in December last the licensing officer did refuse to issue an arms licence in this case. It is, of course, open to Mulvahill to make a fresh application which will be promptly complied with.
