§ MR. SEYMOUR KEAYsaid, it was only desired to pass the Bill into Committee pro forma for the purpose of reprinting it, with 39 Amendments which had been agreed upon as between the promoters and all sections of the House.
§ SIR JAMES FERGUSSONconfirmed the statement of the hon. Member, and supported the appeal he made to the House.
§ The House went into Committee on the Bill; whereupon,
§ MR. BANBURY (Camberwell, Peckham), moved that progress be reported.
