Clancy), I beg to ask the Postmaster General, whether any settlement has yet been arrived at of the claims of the Second Division Clerks of the Secretary's Office, General Post Office, Dublin; and, whether, if there is no immediate prospect of a satisfactory arrangement being come to, he will consent to have the matter referred to the Commission about to be appointed to inquire into the grievances of the post office officials.
