MICHAEL AUSTIN (Limerick, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Petty Sessions Clerk of Newcastle West and Dromcollogher, County Limerick, will be continued in those positions, serious complaints having been made from time to time for neglect of duty, and also his suspension in 1890 and 1891 for grave offences?
