GREY,) Northumberland, BerwickThe Order regulating the procedure to be followed in the Delagoa Bay Railway case was issued by the President of the Tribunal of Arbitration. As stated on March 1, the exchange of documents has taken place. A meeting of the Court will be held on the 3rd proximo to consider the further course of procedure. Her Majesty's Government cannot interfere with the proceedings of the Court.
