LEES KNOWLES (Salford, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if he will introduce at an early date a Bill to carry out the Report from the Departmental Committee on the treatment of inebriates, or if he will introduce at an early date a Bill embodying the main recommendations of that Committee, to which he referred on 3rd August 1893; and, if he is unable to introduce such a Bill in the House of Commons, if he will procure the Introduction of such a Bill in the House of Lords?
