§ MR. MICHAEL AUSTIN
I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, when he expects to receive from the Admiralty details of its proposed normal clerical establishment, which was called for by Treasury of 10th August 1889, in accordance with the recommendation of the Royal Commission on Civil Establishments.
SIR UGHTRED KAY-SHUTTLE-WORTH
My right hon. Friend has asked me to reply. The scheme for the Department of the Accountant General 118 of the Navy was approved some time ago, and is in operation. A scheme for the other Departments of the Admiralty has been prepared, and is now under the consideration of the Board. It will very shortly be submitted to the Treasury.
