§ SIR GEORGE TREVELYANYes, I have received a special Report on the matter from the General Superintendent of the Local Government Board, which fully confirms the statement I made in reply to questions in this House. He relates in detail that there was not any failure of the potato crop, or any exceptional distress in the Lochbroom district.
