HOWELL moved the following Clause:—For sub-section one of section seven of The Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1893, shall be substituted 1498 the following sub-section:—(1) If the registrar refuses to register the society, or any rules or amendments of rules, the society may appeal from such refusal as follows—(a) in England, to the High Court; (b) in Scotland or Ireland, to the chief registrar, and if he refuses, to the Court of Session in Scotland or to the High Court in Ireland.
