Resolved:— That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of any costs incurred in Ireland, on an appeal or case stated under the provisions of any Act of the present Session for the creation of a Court of Criminal Appeal and Revision of Sentences." —(Sir John Hibbert)
