§ MR. DALZIELI beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to the proposed West Highland Railway guarantee, whether he will consent to lay upon the Table any Papers or Correspondence in connection therewith, subsequent to the Report of 1890?
§ SIR JOHN HIBBERTI will lay on the Table such papers or correspondence on this subject as will explain the action taken by the Treasury since the date mentioned.
