BRYCE,) Aberdeen, S.It would be necessary to alter so very largely the machinery of the Bill to make it fit with the present system of local government in Ireland that I fear the suggestion of the hon. Member, even apart from other aspects of the subject, is impracticable. In any case I should have to consult the Irish Government upon the subject.
