HANBURYI beg to ask the Attorney General whether the recently appointed Official Solicitor will be permitted to carry on private practice; what was the rule in this respect during the term of office of his predecessor; and whether any, and, if so, what reason exists for permitting this legal official to continue his private practice when the system has been abolished in the case of the principal Law Officers?
