§ MR. E. STRACHEY (Somerset, S.)hoped the House would give this Bill a Second Reading. The object was simply to give facilities to Parish Councils at a parish meeting to guarantee the Post Office against loss sustained by the establishment of a Post Office.
§ Objection being taken, Second Reading deferred to Monday.
