§ THE CHIEF SECRETARY FOR IRELAND (Mr. JOHN MORLEY,) Newcastle-on-TyneThe Inspectors expect to complete their Report for 1894 towards the end of this month. These reports are usually ready in May, and for the reasons which I explained in replying to a similar question on the 1st June 1894, it is not possible to present them at an earlier date.
