THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER

not being in his place,

MR. GIBSON BOWLES

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he could answer it. The question had already been twice on the Paper.

MR. J. MORLEY

I am afraid I cannot answer the question.

MR. GIBSON BOWLES

Then I will put it down for to-morrow.
