LAWRENCE (Liverpool, Abercromby)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether the forms of accounts to be kept by Parish Councils, referred to as being in course of preparation by the Circular of the Board of 12th December, are now ready, and when they will be issued; and whether he is aware of the inconvenience caused throughout the country by the delay in sending them out?
