DR. FARQUHARSON (Aberdeenshire, W.) moved:— That it be an Instruction to the Committee on the Central Ireland Railway Bill that they may provide, if they think fit, notwithstanding Standing Order 163 of this House, that the undertaking of the Kilkenny Junction Railway Company may lie vested in the Waterford and Central Ireland Railway Company.
