NAOROJI (Finsbury, Central)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether he will inquire whether, in Gujrat (Punjab), in May or June last year, Nawab Mohomad Afzul Khan, Deputy Commissioner, fined several teachers of the board school for signing a petition to the House of Commons in favour of simultaneous examinations; and whether he would take steps to prevent a recurrence of such conduct?
