WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether it is proposed to spend any part of the sum of £3,900, provided for in the Estimates under the heading of Minor Roads, in completing the footpaths and roads between townships and public schools in the Island of Lewis and the western mainland of Ross-shire; and, if so, how much?
