§ MR. A. C. MORTONI beg to ask the Postmaster General whether Municipal and County Authorities will be allowed to tender evidence before the Select Committee on Telephone Service; and, if so, will he say what arrangements have been or will be made to carry out that object?
§ MR. ARNOLD MORLEYI have made arrangements with the hon. Member for the College Division of Glasgow in regard to evidence which is to be tendered on behalf of the Scottish 1571 Corporations. I have also made arrangements with regard to the London County Council and with regard to Municipal Corporations. Any other local authorities not thus represented which desire to give evidence should communicate with me on the subject.
