I beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether he is aware that the New Zealand Government claim the payment of income tax by temporary residents in that Colony on their whole incomes derived from Consols, railway and other stocks in England, which are also taxed in this country in the ordinary way; and, whether there is any redress?
