§ MR. JAMES ROWLANDS (Finsbury, E.)who was to move the Second Reading of this Bill, explained that it was promoted by the corporation of Friendly Societies in London, and that it was based upon a unanimous recommendation of the Town Holdings Committee.
Objection being raised, the Order was postponed.
