§ MR. SYDNEY BUXTON?: I cannot at the present time say any more than that Sir H. Loch considers the peaceful acceptance of the Convention by the Swazis as being very hopeful. He adds that Generals Joubert and Smit appear to have conducted their mission with tact, consideration and judgment.
