§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. SHAW-LEFEVRE, Bradford, Central)An assistant overseer who was appointed by a Board of Guardians has not become an officer of the Parish Council elected for any part of the area for which he was appointed, and the Council have no power to determine his appointment.
