§ MR. SYDNEY BUXTONI deeply regret to say that Sir Robert Duff died yesterday from the effects of an operation rendered necessary by the state of his health. His lamented death is a very great loss to the public service; and, to everyone who knew him in this House and outside, his loss will be the subject of very great regret indeed.
