§ SIR DONALD MACFARLANE (Argyllshire)I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland, if he is aware, that, the parish of Kilninan and Kilmore is for Parish Council purposes divided into two wards, the burgh of Tobermory, forming one, and that only one polling place has been allotted in Tobermory, distant 26 miles from the furthest point of the other ward, and 22 miles from the majority of the voters; and whether, to prevent practical disfranchisement of the bulk of the voters, he will order a separate polling place in a more central situation?
