§ THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL (Mr. A. H. D. ACLAND, York, W.R., Rotherham)The Science and Art Department make building grants in Ireland for science schools and art schools on the same conditions as in England. The conditions under which these building grants are given will be found in the Science and Art Directory, page 6, paragraph XIII. It is not proposed to alter these conditions.
