§ MR. ASQUITHThe Return is at present in the hands of the printers, and will be issued as soon as possible. A considerable correspondence between the Local Government Board and Boards of Guardians, respecting Certain cases in the Returns, was necessary before the matter could be got ready for the printers, which is the reason for what would appear to be a long delay.
