HC Deb 11 March 1895 vol 31 c768
MR. G. W. WOLFF (Belfast, E.)

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether the date of the Second Reading of the Conciliation (Trade Disputes) Bill has yet been fixed; and whether a day is to be given for its discussion, or whether the Bill is to be read after 12 o'clock?

I am not yet able to say when the Second Reading of this Bill can be taken. I think that some time ought to be allowed for its discussion.
