BADEN-POWELLI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, whether he can state when he can distribute to Members further Correspondence relating to the Swaziland settlement; and, whether it will be possible to append to the Correspondence, for convenience of reference, copies of all five conventions and agreements which have been made with the Transvaal State or South African Republic which affect our relations with Swaziland?
§ MR. SYDNEY BUXTONI hope the Papers will be distributed to-morrow; they were laid some time ago. It had already struck me that it would be a convenience to Members to have the five conventions printed together; and we had, therefore, some time ago, arranged that they should appear as an appendix to the new Blue Book, together with two or three other papers, which will be useful for reference.
