§ DR. MACGREGORI beg to ask the Postmaster General if he has received a memorial from the inhabitants of the districts of Staffin and Kilmaluag in Skye, praying that the steamboat service hitherto available should not be discontinued; and, whether he can give assurances to that effect?
§ MR. ARNOLD MORLEYI have received the memorial in question and am making some inquiry in reference thereto. The contract provides for a call at both places, and the Contractor will be required to observe the obligation during the continuance of the contract.
