DONELAN (Cork, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary, to whom I have given private notice of the question, whether he can say when the necessary arrangements for the establishment of a Training Ship at Queenstown are likely to be completed? A statement on this subject appears in the Memorandum of the First Lord of the Admiralty on the Naval Estimates; and it is a statement which will be received with much satisfaction in the south of Ireland and in my own constituency.
MR. J. MORLEYMy noble Friend, the First Lord, has made communications to me on the subject from time to time; but all I can say in answer to the specific question is that no time will be lost in establishing a Training Ship in Queenstown Harbour.
