ACLAND,) York, W.R., RotherhamMr. Sadler does not enter upon duty till the beginning of the new financial year, and his salary will only run from that date. Hence there is no charge on this year's estimates. The salary is £650, rising by annual increments of £25 to £800.
§ MR. BARTLEYasked whether it was not a fact that 300 Inspectors, all of whom were suitable, to fill the office, had been passed over by the appointment of Mr. Sadler.
