TOMLINSON (Preston)I beg to give notice that, on the Second Reading of the Factories and Workshops Bill, I shall move an Instruction to the Committee empowering them to insert in the Bill provisions to extend it to the Post Office and other Government Departments, and to prohibit the importation into the United Kingdom of goods manufactured in the prisons of foreign countries.
