Morganreported from the Chairmen's Panel: That they had appointed Sir Julian Goldsmid to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Trade (including Agriculture and Fishing), Shipping, and Manufactures; and that they had appointed Sir George Osborne Morgan to act as Chairman of the Standing Committeee for the consideration of Bills relating to Law, and Courts of Justice, and Legal Procedure.
