HC Deb 20 June 1895 vol 34 c1616

The House having gone into Committee on this Bill,

MR. T. W. RUSSELL (Tyrone, S.) moved that Progress be reported. The Government, he said, had secured the whole time of the House; private Members had not a single minute; and the Government had no right to come there at 10 minutes past 12 and keep Members out of their beds under these circumstances.

Progress reported.

SIR JOHN HIBBERT moved that the Bill be referred to the Standing Committee on Law, but, objection was made, and the Motion was deferred.

On Motion for the adjournment of the House,

*SIR FRANCIS POWELL

asked whether it was the intention of the Government to have the Welsh Bill re printed so far as it had gone?

MR. THOMAS ELLIS

said he would mention the matter to his right hon Friend.

House adjourned at Twenty minutes after Twelve o'clock.
