THORBURN (Peebles and Selkirk)I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland with regard to his statement that a Bill dealing with Private Bill Procedure in Scotland was prepared and would be introduced during the present Session of Parliament, if he can now say when that Bill will be introduced; and if he can say that it is still the intention 1057 of the Government to use their best endeavours to pass it into law?
