§ MR. GOSCHENThe Return in question has been prepared by the Admiralty in accordance with the prescript; but on examination the presentation of the figures was found to be somewhat misleading. I will consider in what manner the form of the Return can be improved so as to convey the desired information, so as to give satisfaction to the hon. Members interested.
