M'HUGH (Leitrim, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether he is aware that a man named Ned Brady, of Ballinaglera, County Leitrim, who was convicted of assault at last petty sessions in Dowra, and placed under a rule of bail, holds a licence to carry arms; and, will he order inquiry to be made as to whether Brady is a proper person to possess a licence to carry arms?
