§ MR. ARNOLD MORLEYI am afraid there must be some delay in commencing the building of the new Post Office at Perth. The purchase of the site has not yet been completed, but I learn from the First Commissioner of Works that provision for some expenditure on the building will be made in the Estimates for the ensuing financial year.
