LAWSONI beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board if he has received a memorial from Tetbury Urban District Council praying that the powers of a Parish Council in respect of the acquisition of allotment land may be conferred upon them; and, if, in view of the urgent need of such powers, he will give it immediate attention?
