BRYCEThe Committee on the Companies Acts have been giving most assiduous attention to the difficult questions referred to them, and have made so much progress that I trust they may be in a position to report within the next few weeks; and I continue to entertain the hope that it may be possible to legislate on the subject in the present Session.
