§ *MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANI assume that the hon. Member refers to Dublin. There is not, at present, any question outstanding as to the Dublin drainage between the, War Department and the Corporation. Arrangements as to the work and its commencement rest entirely with the Corporation.
