§ MR. KEIR HARDIE (West Ham, S.)said, he would not move for an alteration in the composition of the Committee at present, as it was important that it should get to work at once; but he would move the addition of certain names, so as to give the Committee a standing and prestige which it did not possess at the present time, and thereby add more weight to it.
